Iskandar Puteri police chief Assistant Commissioner Dzulkhairi Mukhtar said the incident happened at around 3.30pm when the 32-year-old had just withdrawn the money from a bank.

Dzulkarnain said items in the victim's backpack were a purse, an identity card, a driver's license, two bank cards, two credit cards and cash totalling RM40,000.Dzulkhairi said there were no witnesses to the robbery, apart from a closed-circuit TV camera at the scene.Section 395/397 of the Penal Code for armed robbery.
