PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof has admitted that he met Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad but maintains that he has no intention to withdraw his support for the Perikatan Nasional government.
The Minister under the Prime Minister’s Department claimed that he was able to meet with Dr Mahathir despite being under quarantine after getting special clearance from the National Security Council. “I advised and invited Dr Mahathir to help Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin together as friends to rebuild this country because we are currently facing Covid-19. It wasn’t a meeting about me leaving Perikatan... That is inaccurate and slander, ” he was quoted as saying.
