“Pendengaran permohonan itu akan berlangsung secara fizikal pada 9 pagi di hadapan Hakim Noorin Badaruddin. Perayu dan responden diminta memfailkan hujahan bertulis masing-masing pada 24 Mac dan 3 April 2023,” katanya ketika dihubungi pemberita. Pada 24 Jun lepas Majistret Mohamad Fared Abdul Latif membebaskan Jason Lo yang juga ahli perniagaan selepas mendapati pihak pendakwaan gagal menimbulkan kes prima facie terhadap tertuduh di akhir kes pendakwaan.
