Peguam negara juga berkata amalan memasukkan wang GST terus ke Akaun Hasil Disatukan itu menyalahi Seksyen 7 Akta Tatacara Kewangan dan Seksyen 54 Akta Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan, katanya.
