In a post on its official Facebook account on Tuesday , the Penampang district police said that Kpl Shah Erman from the district Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division made the decision to clean the drain on his own initiative.
The Penampang police added in the post that Kpl Shah Erman was on “point duty” with two other officers at the time who were controlling the flow of traffic in the area. “Congratulations to Kpl Shah Erman for his positive attitude which he showed to the community,” said the department in its post.
He is beyond his scope of duties and with GOOD civic minded that cares. Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏 more will be as humane and concerned as he is. 🙏🙏🙏Bless him and his family.
