Previously, Govn has also restricted soup kitchen operation. Govn set up a dedicated centre for homeless people to get their food from where this NGO has their own weekly operating schedule. Now, everything is smooth. No rubbish. No wastage. I believe this will work.

This way then another round of big budget expenses allocated whereas NGO are doing it for charity. Totally in view of corruptions.

Corrupt government another excuse to profiting.

After NGO helping gov settle everything...
