Its president Datuk Dr Kuljit Singh said the association had secured 511 dialysis slots across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak for non-Covid-19 patients undergoing dialysis in government facilities.
He explained that patients in need of dialysis would be referred by the respective government hospitals to chosen private hospitals with vacant slots. Dr Kuljit said patients will be charged RM200 per session as offered by the Public Service Department for those who are under the department’s coverage.
