UBON RATCHATHANI: Prestasi dan pencapaian kontinjen negara di temasya Sukan Universiti ASEAN 2022 disingkapkan sangat cemerlang selepas berjaya membawa pulang 49 pingat emas, 83 pingat perak dan 50 gangsa.
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Kontinjen IPT Malaysia, Datuk Dr. Pekan Ramli berkata, kejayaan kontinjen negara di AUG 2022 adalah satu kejutan dan diluar jangkaan kerana hampir kesemua atlet yang mewakili Malaysia membawa pulang pingat. “Akhirnya 45 emas juga berjaya dicapai dan kita cuba kejar untuk sampai ke angka 50 namun, tidak berhasil melalui dua acara akhir bola keranjang wanita dan lelaki yang berpuas hati dengan pingat perak.
