KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Police are offering a 50% discount to traffic offenders to settle their outstanding summonses online from June 18 to July 18, says Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) director Datuk Azisman Alias.
