All five allegedly committed the offence between 9pm on Feb 11, 2015 and 6am the following day at a garbage disposal area along Jalan Labu.ASP Selva, suspended from duty, was represented by Datuk KL Shee; Sureshkannah and Thanabalan by Haresh Mahadevan; while Paul Seladurai appeared for the other two.Wan Shahruddin said the prosecution would be appealing the decision.
