PUTRAJAYA: Police have confirmed the arrest of a suspect who issued death threats to a woman who had supported Ain Husniza Saiful Nizam online.

When contacted on Wednesday , Putrajaya OCPD Asst Comm Asmadi Abdul Aziz said Ain Husniza had also presented herself to the police to give a statement on the matter.

“The suspect has been arrested and granted bail. We have also seized his handphone and sent it for forensic analysis. “The suspect has just finished his studies in the United Kingdom and the investigation is still under way,” he said. He added that the issue started after the suspect replied to a comment from the complainant regarding Ain Husniza’s case.
