KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob attended a lively Hari Raya Aidilfitri gathering organised by Sabah Barisan Nasional here that was attended by some 2,000 Sabahans.

The Umno vice-president was then greeted by Sabah Barisan component leaders, Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup, Sabah Wanita MCA chief Datuk Dr Pamela Yong dan Sabah MIC chief Peer Mohamad Kadir.Other state dignitaries who welcomed the Prime Minister included former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman, Sabah STAR president Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan and Parti Bersatu Sabah deputy president Datuk Jahid Jahim.

Guests took the opportunity to pose for photos with Ismail Sabri as he went around the tables at the resort's ballroom to mingle with the attendees.The event was made more memorable with performances from local entertainers such as Elica Paujin, Qhalisya, Nur Fazz, Wan Walia and Masmona Buskers.
