PJ police probing claims of SOP breaches at product launch ceremony
PETALING JAYA: Police here are investigating a product launch for alleged standard operating procedure violations.
A former minister was among them.Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said police were alerted to the incident on Monday (Jan 17)."The pictures were circulated of a product launching ceremony where people failed to comply with SOP.
"The event was held at a hotel here and attended by well-known entrepreneurs involved in the development of the product," he said in a statement on Tuesday (Jan 18).He said a police report on the photos was lodged at 9.50pm on Monday and police have begun investigations into the alleged SOP violations.
