PIHAK pendakwaan kes pindaan laporan audit 1Malaysia Development Berhad di Mahkamah Tinggi di Kuala hari ini memohon untuk memanggil Arul Kanda Kandasamy sebagai saksi terhadap tertuduh bersamanya dalam kes itu, bekas perdana menteri Najib Razak. Ketua pasukan pendakwaan kes tersebut Gopal Sri Ram membuat permohonan itu di hadapan Hakim Mohamed Zaini Mazlan mengikut Seksyen 63 Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009.
