Katanya, Pintar yang sepatutnya berfungsi pada Julai 2013 mengalami kelewatan dan akhirnya hanya 3 daripada 17 modul itu dihantar serta digunakan.Sumber itu berkata, syarikat di sebalik Pintar itu dibayar kira-kira RM100 juta untuk kerja mereka, termasuk menghantar perisian dan perkakasan. Katanya, tidak seperti iPERKESO, ASSIST “tidak mesra pengguna” seperti yang diketahui Perkeso selepas menerima aduan daripada pencarumnya.Perkeso ketika dihubungi berkata, membangunkan sistem hebat dengan “kesediaan teknologi” untuk mengendalikan jutaan akaun memerlukan kos tinggi.
