Ketua Polis Daerah Gombak, Asisten Komisioner Zainal Mohamed berkata, siasatan dilakukan mendapati pihak pengurusan kuil berkenaan gagal mematuhi SOP Pelan Pemulihan Negara Fasa 4 apabila tidak mengamalkan penjarakan fizikal.
