Penggantungan keahlian tak jejas Umno Johor, kata Khaled

Mohamed Khaled Nordin percaya Umno Johor masih boleh bergerak ke hadapan sekalipun beberapa pemimpinnya digantung keahlian. – Gambar fail The Malaysian Insight, 4 Februari, 2023.

Beliau berkata, terdapat beberapa pimpinan Umno negeri itu sebelum ini juga pernah berdepan tindakan sama, termasuk Shahrir Ab Samad dan Muszaidi Makmor yang kini Ketua Umno Bahagian Kota Tinggi, namun Umno Johor masih terus bergerak ke hadapan. Ahli Parlimen Kota Tinggi itu berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas mempengerusikan mesyuarat khas Badan Perhubungan Umno Johor di Johor Bahru, hari ini.

Mohamed Khaled yang juga bekas Menteri Besar Johor berkata, meskipun Umno Johor akur dengan keputusan Majlis Tertinggi parti, namun kedua-dua pemimpin itu wajar diberi peluang berikutan sumbangan mereka kepada Umno Johor.
