State police chief Comm Datuk Sahabudin Abdul Manan said the 32-year-old suspect was detained at an area in Balik Pulau early this morning.
The suspects are aged between 25 and 37 years old and were detained on the mainland side of Penang.The case is being investigated under Sections 457 and 379A of the Penal Code.
