The Chief Minister said the party's constitution would be amended at its triennial general meeting in June for the new wing to be formed.
"We will set up one more wing specifically for youths aged 18 to 28 because we want them to be with us in managing society," he said after chairing a PBB supreme council meeting at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching here on Sunday night. He said the new wing reflected PBB's dynamism in adjusting to the aspirations of youths and Sarawakians at large.
Abang Johari also said PBB's sub-branches would start holding meetings from now until April as preparations for the upcoming TGM.On the supreme council meeting, he said it was the first one held since the Dec 18 state election won by Gabungan Parti Sarawak , with PBB contributing 47 seats to the coalition's total of 76 seats.
