He says rather abolish it, it would be better to define sedition more clearly.

PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang has urged the government to retain the Sedition Act 1948 but not abuse it.

As calls to abolish the ISA have reached a fever pitch, Hadi said it is as though the country doesn’t need laws to protect itself. “The reason for this is that an individual's or a group’s political struggle disregards the nation as a whole and realise the tenets to uphold a nation. “Although PAS had been a victim of its abuse, PAS had previously supported the ISA because the country was facing communist threats. That is another story.

Sedition Act was used by colonialists to stop any questions. Ask yourself who are the people who want it now. Ans: People who have something to hide.

Sedition Act is un-Islamic because it stifles freedom of expression and yet Hadi Awang is using race, religion and raja factor to incite Malay jihadi anger against Pakatan Harapan Government for wanting to abolish the Sedition Act. What is the name of Hadi Awang's religion?

Hadi shud be detained for crimes against humanity.

Hadi is just applying Taqiyya and Kitman in this instance.
