PETALING JAYA: PAS' Jabatan Amal Malaysia are crying foul over the detention of three of its members to assist with investigations into the torching of the official vehicle of Perlis Mufti, Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin.
"The two prime suspects of the torching incident were caught on CCTV. One of them is the drug addict, and another is a man named Mie Tomoi, who is still at large. However, none of our members were in the frame," said Mohd Nazree. "Soon after lodging the report in Kota Setar, Kedah, our member went to the Perlis headquarters to give his statement, and he was detained there.
