Over RM1m spent to renovate four offices of ministers, deputies

More than RM1 million was spent to renovate and buy new furniture for four offices of ministers and deputy ministers in 2020 and 2021, said Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He said this amount was for the offices of the minister in the prime minister's department , the minister in the prime minister's department , and their deputy ministers.

Ministers should set an example on spending esp during difficult times. Be Prudent, Avoid Excesses and be Mindful of your obligation towards the public. Reduce Wastage!

No need to renovate, it’s still ok n ministers won’t be in office all the time. Stop 🛑 wasting rakyat’s money n this is during Mahyuddin as PM . We should question this kind of unnecessary expenditures in future
