Opposition wants Guan Eng penalised for misleading House on GST accounts

ISMAIL Sabri Yaacob today demanded that Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng be subjected to disciplinary action for misleading parliament with his claim that Barisan Nasional government has stolen the goods and services tax refunds.

The Opposition leader said Lim, who is the Bagan MP, should face the rights and privileges committee now that the Public Accounts Committee had found his claim to be erroneous.Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. GST refund was misappropriated and gone missing. It was used for other government expenditure. Money that belongs to taxpayer. Money that should be deposited to the correct account for the purpose of refunding taxpayers.

According to PAC GST funds collected went into difference accounts...is that justified them to punish the present Finance Minister.....What about those steal money from government...which is more serious ?/

PAC has lost its purpose and usage .

PAC chairman is the one who need to penalise!!
