“We expected this to happen. The rakyat will be more confident once more frontliners receive the vaccines, ” he said. There are three phases to the immunisation programme, with frontliners being vaccinated in the first phase from February to April.

Khairykj with current pace, let's say 20K people get vaccinated per day, it will take 3 years to achieve the 80%. Since each person needs to take 2 shots, has the govt counted in the 2nd shot timeslot? Do we easily need more than 3 yrs to achieve 80% goal? Is this goal realistic?
Then just give to those already register and as for the antivax, GOV can take time persuade them.

Why don't govt start processing those oredi registered, sort like '1st-come-1st-served' incentive. It is not like bump them into d 1st Phase list, but they will among d earliest in subsequent phases.

Khairykj Assume population of Malaysia is 32M. Assume 80% Msians to be vaccinated, i.e. 25.6 million. From 25 Feb - 1 Mar (5 days), there have been 25252 vaccinations. Current rate = 5050.4/day. At this rate, it will take 13.8737 years to vaccinate 80% of Msians. I will update every day.
