SEREMBAN: The state Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) has denied claims on social media that those who do not get their vaccination appointments by Aug 1 can walk into any centre in Negri Sembilan to get their shots.It clarified that appointments would only be made through the MySejahtera app.

“The state CITF wishes to deny claims that have gone viral that those who did not get an appointment can walk into any centre from Aug 1. We never issued such a statement,” it said.

On Tuesday, the national CITF said only those in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor who did not have an appointment by Aug 1 could walk into vaccination centres. It added that those eligible would include foreigners, undocumented workers and those those who did not have identity or travel documents.
