He said bazaars that people were familiar with in the past might not be an option, adding that they would have to be in another form to fulfil the needs of city-dwellers during the fasting month. Health director-general Datuk Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said proper crowd control measures would be required if Ramadan food bazaars were to be implemented.
