AN Indian family in Puchong, Selangor, received a brand new home under the Parivumikka Arasangam (Selangor Prihatin) programme, Makkal Osai reported.

Cheran Renganathan and Susithra Subramaniam, who were living in a rundown house in Batu 14, Puchong, had their home demolished and rebuilt at a cost of RM50,000.

He said the programme had identified many such families and helped improve their homes and livelihoods. Kinrara assemblyman Ng Sze Han was among those present during the handing over ceremony of the house and keys to the couple.
