THE Federation of Malaysian Business Associations suggests Putrajaya implement a system of employee performance records to prevent frequent job-hopping by employees. At a press conference today, its chairman Abdul Malik Abdullah said the government should come up with a records system like CTOS or CCRIS which evaluates an individual’s credit score and financial health based on their payment history.

Before you do this. Make sure your organisation treats employees right according to emploment act. No abusing manpower. Out there companies still neglecting basic rights. But employee won’t dare or don’t know. Ur suggestion helps top level not ground level!

How about rating shitty employers?

This is how the RICH wanna control the POOR. It’s not new. FMBastardAssociation!

Dear Federation of Malaysian Business Associations (FMBA). I work for money. Whoever gives the best deals, i go. If you want loyalty, get a dog!

Abdul Malik! U must have been a bad boss/leader that your employees left u! Don’t be a sour head! Fix your own character first

Didn’t know Abdul Malik Abdullah is into bondage!

Resorting to employee policing, is it? Well, best of luck to all employers in their search for foreign professionals who are willing to mindlessly slave away for subpar pay in this 3rd world country! 😉

Nothing is wrong with job hopping. I don’t want to sit in one company for donkey years with low salary. Go and stop the political party frog hopping first

Suka hatilah nak pindah kerja. You want your employees to stay? Treat them well. Give them good salaries. Work-life balance.

Cibai bodoh!

Senang nak tekan orang. Capitalist MF.

Should start with foreign labour dulu laa...Khabarnya apply permit kerja ladang tapi ada yg cabut kerja kat construction or kilang pulaknya.. or cabut kerja dgn majikan lain.

What’s wrong with job hopping?

You can check CTOS.

Employee melompat sbb nak betterment... Klu existing employer buat mcm kuli.. Mmg employee melompat laa...🙄

🚩FMBA🚩

Uh huh.. so employers can enslave employee forever? ***K U

What’s wrong with job-hopping

What about a system to rate employers based on how they treat their employees and the benefits they give and do not give to employees then, to prevent errant employers mistreating employees, paying low wages, exploitation of labour, and workplace sexual abuse incidents?

Stop the political frogs from leaping first....all nuts in the head.
