THE Federation of Malaysian Business Associations suggests Putrajaya implement a system of employee performance records to prevent frequent job-hopping by employees. At a press conference today, its chairman Abdul Malik Abdullah said the government should come up with a records system like CTOS or CCRIS which evaluates an individual’s credit score and financial health based on their payment history.

What about a system to rate employers based on how they treat their employees and the benefits they give and do not give to employees then, to prevent errant employers mistreating employees, paying low wages, exploitation of labour, and workplace sexual abuse incidents?
