Before providing them free translort, it would be wise to ensure public transportation is equiped with facilities and processes for the disabled. Your public transportation is lacking including the mindset of the operators and public towards disabled.
the question, how will some of the disabled folks even get to the public transport? Sidewalk is full of holes, ppl park their vehicles on sidewalk, no ramp on sidewalks for wheelchair access, bus stop don't have sound for blind ppl, Traffic light crossing light always spoil
