The owner of Mydin hypermarket has called on the government to resolve the shortage of migrant workers in an effort to bring down the price of daily goods."There are two factors behind.
Hire locals.
Tak apa lah is org kita
Hello boss... Yang tak kerja pun ramai.. Kenapa tak minta JIM kerah mereka bekerja dikebun sayur
hello mr Mydin...so you think our local penganggur nak makan apa? nak untung jerr kerja dia ni...
Sounds like exploiting foreign workers by paying below minimum wage.
I he runs the shops himself with family members and local ownership no need to depend on foreign workers..pay local good salary
Org merungut foreign worker Kat uni, Kita nak apply kerja tak dapat…masih ramai lagi Kat sini. Yg dihantar balik ni buruh je.
Alasan yg tak sudah2 ... nk bawa masuk kerabat2 ke
Hahaha he got motive to bring down cost...but is he going to give free roti when prices for goods are up? All empty promises only
Vicious cycle .. so our business thrive on foreigners ..
Is the boss saying that in order to keep prices low, he has to hire foreign migrant workers? So he is reluctant to hire local Malaysian workforce which may increase his prices of goods? Is that the one of the reasons why locals have difficulty in finding jobs?
Cheap foreign labor not the answer to rising prices. Its just quick fix. A better way is invest in locals by providing better pay, facilities/automate to do the job. Easier to empower locals to improve the job task. More commitment. Ofcourse it cost more which Mydin don't like.
