The cheapest of the lot is the MSI Raider GE66. It has a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display with a refresh rate of 360Hz. Underneath is the Intel Core i7-12700H, mated to 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD. Graphics meanwhile get taken care of by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with 8GB of VRAM. Its smaller size also means it weighs lighter, at just 2.38kg, while also being thinner than the Raider GE76 at 23.4mm.
Moving to the MSI Raider GE76, the increase in model name also brings with it a larger 17.3-inch, QHD IPS display capable of a 240Hz refresh rate, with the range topping model getting a higher resolution 4K IPS display and 120Hz refresh rate instead. They also come with up to the Intel Core i9-12900HK for overclocking on the go, up to 64GB of RAM and up to 2TB in SSD storage. If you opt for the most expensive configuration, it’ll also come with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 16GB of VRAM.
Elsewhere, the MSI Raider GE76/GE66 are mostly similar, with a 99Whr battery keeping the lights on and a 1080p webcam above the display. It also has an RGB strip across the front edge, and supports Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6E. As for I/O, you’ll get a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, an Ethernet port, an SD card slot, a HDMI port, a 3.5mm audio jack as well as a Mini DisplayPort.
