Before the global pandemic, Teoh Khai Yang recalls bumping into his classmate playing table tennis at the student hub in Sunway College and asked to be coached.
He added that the staff at International Office University Placement would freely share information about his further education with prompt and efficient responses – nothing was deemed trivial. “I really felt like this is a place I could spend a lot of time and especially the environment there, it was really something special – it's a very unique and nice environment to study.”
“My teachers were the best I ever had, ” he said, adding that his pure mathematics lecturer inspired him to further pursue mathematics. Jarell is not just quick with his thinking, he is also quick on his feet as this successful young man also represented Malaysia in the Dancesports Events at the 2019 SEA Games.
With a passion for chemistry since he was 13, Ethan Sip Zi Cheng, now 18, found Sunway College’s extensive library, online journal collection and lecturers to have aided his thirst for knowledge.
