TOURISM Minister Mohamaddin Ketapi agrees that the departure levy, which will come into force in September, will affect foreign tourist arrivals, and will try to negotiate the matter with the finance minister. He was responding to a supplementary question from Jalaluddin Alias , who said that AirAsia had told the Opposition that the implementation of the levy in September will disrupt foreign tourist arrivals.
