Car park attendant Nizam Mohd, 47 said the boy locked the door when his aunt got down from the car to pay her parking fee.“The boy was afraid that someone would snatch his cousin and decided to lock the car doors,” he said here on Tuesday .“I made various attempts to open the door but was unsuccessful – and the boy refused to open the door,” he said.
Nizam said he decided to call the Fire and Rescue Department when the baby started crying and the mother became restless. Melaka Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Mohd Iswandy Aripin said the two children were rescued at about 10am.Article type: metered
