ACP Arifai said it was unfortunate that many people in the area were still not complying with the MCO as if they don't realise the danger of Covid-19."We tell a lot of vehicles to turn back every day as their reasons for being out are not reasonable. Those with non-credible reasons for being out would often fail to produce supporting documents such as utility bills as proof they are residents of nearby areas, ACP Arifai said.
