New and existing Maxis postpaid customers now get 10GB of extra data. The base Maxis Postpaid 98 plan now comes with 50GB of all-day data.

According to theFAQ, the newly upgraded data quota is offered from 20th January 2022 and it’s also applicable to new line activation. Existing subscribers will be upgraded in phases between 20th January to 4th February 2022. Customers will be informed via SMS after the upgrade and you’ll receive the full data quota.

In case you missed it, Maxis has recently enabledwhich allows you to make and receive voice calls at higher quality over WiFi. This is useful if you’re staying in an area with bad mobile reception but have access to a stable WiFi connection.At the moment, Maxis isn’t offering 5G services but they do offer
