Mat Sabu: Loss of Bersatu votes cost Harapan in Malacca polls

The loss of Bersatu as a partner in Pakatan Harapan had cost the coalition in the Malacca state election, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu said.

Mohamad said Harapan will conduct a post-mortem to identify the causes of its setback, and he noted that among the causes was the lack of Bersatu votes the coalition garnered during the 2018 general election.

It's true that PH has lost the malay votes, which Bersatu and Pejuang may be able to attract. However, take a holistic approach, review and realign various factors including re-strategising immediately. An important element of Campaigning was effectively missing recently.

Mat Sabu, get your head out of your backside PH lost because youths decided to boycott. Protesting against Anwar's and Mat Sabu's stupidity in accepting frogs into PH. Remember, success is permanent, when it is achieved, without compromising on principles.

Blame low voters turnout, blame loss of Bersatu votes, blame this, blame that, blame everything under the sun except their own fault.

The hard truth is PH was unsuccessful at penetrating malay votes and was unconvincing to the general non malay votes. Society has been bombarded with fear, division,race and religion. What is not spoken enough is this nation cannot progress is any group is deprived.Reality lost.
