I now hardly visit govt offices to pay or renew pernits & licences. Syabas to our govt for the shift to digital. Having said that, why is our civil service still getting bloated more than ever? The only govt dept I visit now is the Majlis Berbandaran to renew our 'Permit Premis' where we need to take the plastic plaque. If this can be sent to us, it would be even better.
