Like computer skill or cooking, language is a skill. It has got nothing to do with race. The intelligence of the Education Minister is really questionable. There are also a lot of Chinese who can't speak Mandarin.
Sad but true that some companies require Mandarin as a pre-requisite. Most probably, they have to deal with China. But Maszlee's solution is not forward thinking to bring our beloved Country to greater heights. Malaysia and Malaysians boleh!!
