Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Adnan Basri said the victim, an unemployed man from Kampar, and three friends were drinking at a shop near the site in Taman Desa Maju Perak at about 9pm on Thursday when the incident happened.
“When police arrived, they found the body, with the right arm almost severed, covered in blood," he added. “The victim was drinking with three friends when eight people in two vehicles arrived and started to attack the victim and his friends.He said two of the friends aged 25 and 19 were injured in the commotion.
