(Reuters) - Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola described striker Sergio Aguero as 'irreplaceable' and backed the 32-year-old Argentine to finish his career at the Premier League club on a high.

City said on Monday that their all-time top scorer, who has netted 257 goals in 384 appearances and won four Premier League titles, one FA Cup and five League Cups, will leave when his contract expires at the end of the season. "A fantastic person and human being. I'm pretty sure if his mind is still aggressive like he is, he can stand his career longer... maybe for two, three, four or five years."
