Malaysian one of two new community cases in Singapore

Authorities in Singapore report a Malaysian man has contracted Covid-19, despite having received his vaccination. They say it is likely he was infected shortly before receiving his jabs. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, February 26, 2021.

A 33-year-old Malaysian man was one of two new cases of locally transmitted Covid-19 reported in Singapore yesterday, said the republic’s Ministry of Health. Labelled Case 60448, the work permit holder is employed by PSA Corporation Ltd as a lashing specialist, said the ministry in its full data released late last night.
