MAB adalah entiti perundangan yang berasingan,” menurut jurucakap MAB kepada Bernama ketika ditanya mengenai siaran notis itu di dalam ruang iklan akhbar.Beliau berkata, oleh yang demikian, ia sama sekali tidak mempunyai kaitan dengan MAB. Jika gagal berbuat demikian, pihak berkenaan boleh didenda tidak melebihi RM10,000, jika berterusan boleh didenda tidak melebihi RM500 sehari, sekiranya sabit kesalahan.
