Nehemiah Aaron Nathan and Max Han made the nation proud when they were honoured with the 2023 Diana Award.

TWO Malaysians – Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation scholar Nehemiah Aaron Nathan , 25, and nonprofit Youths United For Earth co-founder Max Han, 19 – made the nation proud when they were honoured with the 2023 Diana Award.

Nehemiah and his friends – Syaarveeni Ashok, Ho Jia Da, Lee Mei Yan and Chan Yew Joe – developed the “Zing! Engish Card Game”, using a game-based learning approach to help children stay engaged with learning English. He has also launched Malaysia’s largest sustainability mentorship programme that connects undergraduates with environmental leaders globally, resulting in internships, jobs, and eco startups, having led over 70 youths in spearheading campaigns that have reached 30,000 Malaysians.
