In a series of tweets, the RapidKL announced that shuttle trains had been activated between the Bangsar and Pasar Seni stations.
Scenes on social media also showed crowds of people at the stations with many users venting their frustrations online. On May 10, a stranded train at the Taman Jaya LRT station caused travel disruptions along the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. This resulted in only one track being used from the Taman Bahagia LRT station to the Taman Jaya LRT station.

Isn't there a schedule maintenance for each LRT coach to ensure key elements like brake failures do not happen? Prasarana sure is sleeping on the job. More than a million riders take the KJ/ Ampang/ Sri Petaling lines daily. Doesn't that matter to Prasarana to be up to speed?
