POLICE issued a summons against a lorry driver for openly carrying 48 foreign workers who tested positive for Covid-19 in Sg Petani yesterday afternoon.
Kuala Muda district police chief Adzli Abu Shah said that on being alerted to the incident at about 5pm, police immediately tracked down the lorry and detained the driver in Sg Lalang, Bedong.
