Locals not keen to work in plantations despite lucrative income - minister

Bring back Living Skills.Farming was 1 branch of it. Cultivate this skill, beginning in schools. They have a lot of land.. I remember planting vegetables, when in school myself.. Healthy, outdoors. Nowadays, poor kids have hardly any outdoor recreation; it's all about hp disease.
