Dalam pada itu, Ngwe berkata Hospital Melaka sedang melaksanakan kerja menaik taraf lif di beberapa blok hospital berkenaan dan sepanjang tempoh itu, jumlah lif yang beroperasi dikurangkan bagi memberi laluan kepada kerja penggantian lif baharu.
