CORONAVIRUS | Under the CPC, violators of PCID rules cannot be arrested without a warrant, says Jacky Loi.

It is justified!! If u dont want to get arrested, then just sit at home and adhere to MCO. Lawyers like u going around advocating this are the ones who dare others to flaunt the laws.
