As the person entrusted with the funds, he was accused of committing CBT at its office in Subang Bestari near here between May 9 and Aug 11, 2017, reported Bernama. The charge, which falls under Section 409 of the Penal Code, provides imprisonment for up to 20 years with whipping and a fine if found guilty.
